No overseas for Randy Krummenacher

Following his forced break and having taken up physical training again this harsh news has arrived. Randy Krummenacher will not participate in the flyaway tour.

His doctors in the hospital of Zürich (who had previously diagnosed him with a concussion) did not give our rider a green light to return to the championship. His lack of focus and alertness is less and less significant, however, it remains sufficiently serious for the doctors to allow Randy sit back on a bike.

Fred Corminboeuf, the team manager: "It is a great disappointment for us and even more for Randy who was already thinking about his race in Malaysia. Technomag-carXpert is a family and it is difficult for us to have someone missing in the garage. Yet we must think smart. To let him get back on track in this situation, even though he is feeling significantly better, is not only risky for him but also for other riders. It is simply not permissible for us. Randy's health and recuperation are of most importance in our view. He will be back for sure but only when he is 100% ready."
